Advanced Chemical Testing Services

Gravitas Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. offers comprehensive chemical testing services, providing both quantitative and qualitative analysis of metals and their alloys through instrumental and wet analysis methods, in accordance with national and international standards. Our chemical testing lab ensures product compliance with industry norms, utilizing cutting-edge facilities such as the OES spectrometer and other sophisticated equipment.

Chemical Testing

The chemical testing lab involves the quantitative and qualitative analysis of metal and its alloys through instrumental and wet analysis methods as per national and international standards. The objective of the chemical lab is to test and check for the compliance of products as per industry norms.

Facilities in the lab include OES spectrometer and other sophisticated equipment. Arc / Spark Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES) involves applying electrical energy in the form of spark generated between an electrode and a metal sample, whereby the vaporized atoms are brought to a high energy state within a so-called "discharge plasma." This discharge plasma creates a unique emission spectrum specific to each element in the material.
